Sri P.N.Jagan Mohan Rao, petitioner-party-in-person, would submit that, since the order of this Court has since been complied with, he does not seek adjudication of the contempt case. A letter has been filed seeking permission to

withdraw the contempt case.

While a contempt case cannot be permitted to be withdrawn at the instance of the petitioner, who is merely an informant, the petitioner states that the order has since been complied with. The Contempt Case is, hence, closed. The Contempt Applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
