HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17739 OF 2012 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 1st respondent in issuing transfer orders vide Proc.No.1610/SERP/HR/Medak/2012, dated 27.05.2012 posting the petitioner to Chandampet Madal, Nalgonda District, as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court passed interim order on 15.06.2012 directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2012 within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Since four years have already elapsed and since no vacate stay petition is filed questioning the said order, by this time, the grievance of the petitioner would have been redressed. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of interms of the interim order dated 15.06.2012. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
