This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order of attachment before judgment passed in I.A.No.205 of 2018 in O.S.No.9 of 2018, dated 03.04.2018 on the file of the V Additional District Judge at Kothagudem.

In spite of posting the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', none appears on behalf of the petitioner today. Notice has been served on the respondent. But, none appears on behalf of the respondent.
