THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.ABHISHEK REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20608 of 2021 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. The only grievance of the petitioner is that even though he had submitted a representation, dated 27.07.2021 before the District Collector, Hyderabad District, ventilating his grievance, the respondent No. 2 herein, so far, no orders have been passed thereon.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and necessary orders will be passed.

In view of the above submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 27.07.2021 and pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that the respondent No. 2 before passing any orders shall put the petitioner as well as any other interested persons on notice and give them an opportunity of hearing. A copy of the order passed by the respondent No. 2 shall be communicated to the parties. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
