Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in issuing G.O.Ms.No.100 Home (General.A.1) Department, dated 26.04.2013 by providing minimum and higher ticket admission prices for Air-conditioned and Air-cooled theatres and in further notifying a price of only Rs.10/- contrary to the recommendations made by the High Power Committee and also in fixing a minimum percentage for such category of seats as illegal and arbitrary.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in a batch of writ petitions viz., W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch, vide common order dated 31.10.2016, read with W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18799 of 2014, dated 13.04.2017, and this matter is squarely covered by the said orders.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the common order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch read with the order in W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18799 of 2014, dated 13.04.2017.
