This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings issued by the 4th respondent in Rc.No.27/18, dated 07.02.2018 on the basis of the report of the 3rd respondent in respect of granting permission to the 5th respondent school as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

A perusal of the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition goes to show that the issue in the Writ Petition is in the nature of Public Interest Litigation. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.
