This Criminal Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gudur, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.151 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.105 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. Brief facts of the case are that aggrieved by the order dated 09.03.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Venkatagiri, SPSR Nellore District, in Crl.M.P.No.115 of 2015 in D.V.C.No.1 of 2015, the petitioner herein filed Crl.A.No.105 of 2015 on the file of the District and sessions Judge, Nellore and the same was made over to the Court of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gudur. Along with the said appeal, he filed Crl.M.P.No.151 of 2015 seeking interim stay of the said order dated 09.03.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.115 of 2015. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gudur, has not disposed of the aforesaid Crl.M.P.No.151 of 2015 and kept the same pending till today though there is urgency in the matter.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gudur, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.151 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.105 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
