THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.44036 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to register a crime and investigate into the same basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 26.09.2016 against the respondents 5 and 6. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the Station House Officer, Balanagar Police Station, Balanagar, Hyderabad-4th respondent herein is not registering a crime against the respondents 5 and 6 basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 26.09.2016. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to register a case against the respondents 5 and 6, if the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 26.09.2016 discloses any cognizable offence against them and investigate into the same and file a final report either way in accordance with law. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents-police, he is at liberty to approach the concerned Court by invoking provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 23.12.2016.
