This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioner/ wife, requesting to withdraw O.P.No.890 of 2019 from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Huzurabad, Karimnagar District, for trial and disposal in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ wife, the learned counsel for the respondent/ husband and perused the record. 3 .

After arguing for some time, both the learned counsel have unanimously stated that if O.P.No.890 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, may be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Karimnagar, the said Court would be convenient to both the parties. 4 .

Under these circumstances, O.P.No.890 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and transferred to the Family Court, Karimnagar, for trial and disposal in accordance with law.

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
