ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner was aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not issuing hall tickets for written examination for the post of Fitter (Trainee) scheduled on 26.7.2015.

This Court while issuing notice to respondents, by order dated 23.7.2015 directed the respondents to issue hall tickets to the petitioner, if the petitioner produced all the relevant documents as per notification and fulfilled the conditions therein.

As per the proceedings dated 1.8.2016 of the General Manager (Personnel), petitioner's candidature was not considered as he has not submitted the demand draft towards application process fee as per the notification. In view of the fact that the petitioner's entitlement was considered and for the reason assigned for not granting admission to write the written examination, cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed. ______________ P NAVEEN RAO,J DATE:16.2.2017 TVK
