Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is limited to the extent of not issuing digital pass books on the land to an extent of Ac.7.13 in Sy.No.152/2 (Patta No.153), Pamena Village. According to petitioner on 15.12.2018, he submitted representation enclosing the existing pass books and requested to issue new pass books and title deeds. But, so far they are not issued and on account of inordinate delay in considering the said application, grave prejudice is caused.

In the writ petition paper book, the existing pass books and title deeds are filed. The representation submitted by petitioner acknowledged by Tahsildar on 15.12.2018 is also enclosed as Ex.P.1.

In view thereof, the Tahsildar is directed to consider the request of the petitioner for issuance of new pattadar pass books and title deeds, if there is no impediment in granting the same. If the Tahsildar is not in favour of granting new pattadar pass books and title deeds, for any reason, he shall pass orders as warranted by law, by assigning due reasons and communicate the same to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
