Heard Sri S.Ravi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Sri Ch.Pushyam Kiran, learned counsel for petitioners, Sri P.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel for 1st respondent, Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent and Sri M.Ravindra, learned Standing counsel for 3rd respondent.

The only grievance of the petitioners in these Writ Petitions is that O.P.No.1 of 2017, which had been heard by 1st respondent and reserved for orders on 07-10-2017, has subsequently been reopened at the instance of some other parties and no final orders have been passed till date.

Petitioners contend that the delay in disposal of the O.P. is causing huge financial loss to them and that it would be just and proper to direct the 1st respondent to decide the O.P. within one month.

Sri P.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for 1st respondent states that the delay in disposal of the O.P. occurred because of filing of applications after the judgment in O.P. was reserved on 07-10-2017, and that the 1st respondent will endeavour to dispose of the O.P. within a reasonable time.

Without going into the merits of the contentions of either parties and having regard to fact that further delay in disposal of the O.P. may result in petitioners suffering financial loss, the 1st respondent is directed to decide the O.P. No.1 of 2017 within two

(02) months from today, after hearing all the effected parties. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
