Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
2. Petitioner is questioning the order of the 3rd respondent in rejecting the petitioner's application to conduct survey and demarcate/fix boundaries to his land of an extent of Ac.1-10 guntas in survey No.331 of Janwada Village, Janwada Gram Panchayat, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. 3.
Petitioner had applied to the 3rd respondent to conduct survey of the above land on 09.07.2015 but the 3rd respondent refused to conduct survey on the ground that tippans are not available with him and offered to conduct survey on the basis of village map.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner should approach the 4th respondent for conduct of survey since the concerned survey records might be available with the 4th respondent.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit application for conduct of survey of the above land before the 4th respondent by remitting necessary charges therefor and if such an application is made, the 4th respondent shall consider the same and direct conduct of survey of the subject land on the basis of relevant records available with them within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of such application and communicate the decision thereon to the
petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
