This Court made the following:

ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed assailing the common order dated 06.08.2001 in O.A. No.275 of 2000 and batch on the file of Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal').

A perusal of the record shows that Writ Petition No.7733 of 2002 filed by the petitioners, against the common order in O.A. No.274 of 2000 and batch, was disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court by order dated 10.09.2014. As noted above, since the impugned order in both the cases is common, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, in terms of the above mentioned order in Writ Petition No.7733 of 2002, with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order.
