The allegation in this Writ Petition is against non-registration of the crime on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner. 2.

Now, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader that based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 24.03.2017, a crime has been registered in FIR No. 77 of 2018 dated 29.04.2018 on the file of Mahankali Police Station, Hyderabad. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, stand closed.
