When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court and, therefore, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending in the writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
