Duvvarapu Raj Kumar v. Government Of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. By Its
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.19196 of 2006 ORDER:
Sri Ch.Venkata Narayana, learned counsel states that he has been instructed to appear in the matter as Sri B.Devanand, learned counsel on record, has been appointed as a Government Pleader.
Perusal of the prayer in the writ petition discloses that the grievance of the petitioner was with regard to his name not being considered for appointment to the post of Assistant Government Pleader in the learned Junior Civil Judge's Court at Narasannapet, Srikakulam District. Such appointment was sought to be made pursuant to the letter dated 07.12.2005 of the District Collector, Srikakulam District, addressed to the learned Principal District Judge, Srikakulam. No interim orders were granted by this Court at the stage of admission of this writ petition.
In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner has become stale and academic due to efflux of time.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
