This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: " ....to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of "Writ of Mandamus" by declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 5 more particularly the respondents 4 and 5 in harassing the petitioners without jurisdiction and without following due procedure laid down, besides threatening with dire consequences if the petitioners do not heed to the demands of Defacto Complainants in Cr.
Nos 953 of 2017 and 954 of 2017 of PS Kukatpally, Cyberabad and also summoning the petitioners to PS Kukatpally, Cyberabad without their being any case booked against them as arbitrary, excessive, ex-facie illegal, highhanded and in violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of the India and consequently direct the Respondents 4 and 5 not to harass/not to call the petitioners to their office under the guise of enquiry in Cr.No.953 of 2017 and Cr.No.954 of 2017 of PS Kukatpally, Cyberabad without their being any case booked against them in the interest of justice and may pass such other Order or Orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
In addition to the above prayer, the petitioners also seek direction to return the two wheeler bearing Registration No.AP13AG1758.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that petitioner No.1 himself left the bike in the police station. As such, if
petitioner No.1 approaches the police, they will release the vehicle.
