THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 2387 of 2016 ORDER:

Respondent No.1 is present. He referred to the earlier affidavit filed by him on 24.03.2017, wherein he stated that he issued proceedings on 21.03.2017 sanctioning an amount of Rs.11,91,491/- towards payment of leave salary and working period salary to the petitioner. He stated that the delay occurred due to shifting of Office from Hyderabad to Velagapudi.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not dispute the same.

In view of the same, no further proceedings can be taken in the present contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed. The presence of respondent No.1 is dispensed with.
