This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 7973, is filed by the petitioner, seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.124 of 2020 of Sathupalli Police Station, Khammam District.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant public prosecutor, that charge-sheet has been filed in the subject crime before the Court concerned and PRC number is allotted.

4. In view oF the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, - this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedies available u nder law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
