THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2273 OF 2016 ORDER:

This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order dated 21.04.2016 passed by the VIII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad, in I.A. No.287 of 2016 in O.S. No.2531 of 2015 filed under Rule 14 of Order VII of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (in short, 'the Code') to receive documents as additional evidence.

Learned counsel for the respondent contended that this petition is filed at belated stage, when the matter is posted for arguments. However, gave consent to permit the trial court to receive documents subject to admissibility and relevancy. In view of the concession made by the counsel for the respondents, the revision is allowed setting aside the Order dated 21.04.2016 passed in I.A. No.287 of 2016 in O.S. No.2531 of 2015, permitting the VIII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to receive documents subject to admissibility and relevancy. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
