HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.33275 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

The petitioners complains that while the suit in O.S.No.525 of 2008 is pending before the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ongole, the 4th respondent is taking steps to grant pattadar pass books and title deeds to the 5th respondent for the land claimed by the petitioner in the said suit as well as in the present writ petition. The petitioner is stated to have made a representation before the 2nd respondent on 2007-2015 and alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed. It appears that the said representation is forwarded by the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent, who inturn forwarded the same to the 4th respondent. However, if the petitioner objects to any such action on the part of the 4th respondent, it is open to the petitioner to make appropriate representation before the 4th respondent claiming rights relating to the land claimed by him and the 4th respondent would look into the said objection, if there is any proposal by any person before the 4th respondent for grant of pattadar pass books in respect of the very same land.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR, J
