HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31908 of 2017 ORDER:

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not disposing of the representation dated 05.03.2016 filed by the Petitioner in terms of the Circular Memo No.1331/359/A1/PC.1/2008, dated 07.12.2009 as illegal and arbitrary. Heard both sides.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been working as SGT at Ootpally Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Rangareddy District since 29.12.2012 and that the distance between the Ootapally Village is 8 kms radius from periphery of GHMC Limited and that 3rd Respondent has not considered the representation dated 05.03.2016 submitted by the Petitioner till date and hence requested consider the case of the Petitioner as per Circular Memo No.1331/359/A1/PC.1/2008, dated 07.12.2009 issued by the 5th Respondent. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on merits, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation dated 05.03.2016 submitted by the petitioner in terms of Circular Memo No.1331/359/A1/PC.1/2008, dated 07.12.2009 issued by the 5th Respondent. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
