Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Petitioner alleges that he is the owner and possessor of land admeasuring Acres 1.30 cents in Survey No.188 of Nakerakallu Village and Mandal of Guntur District, having received the same from her grandmother, vide registered gift deed bearing document No. 4903/2003. Since the said land was used for cultivation and other activities, the boundaries are changed, as such, the petitioner submitted application to the Tahsildar - 3rd respondent to conduct survey and fix the boundaries. Alleging inaction on the request of the petitioner to conduct survey of the subject land, this Writ Petition is filed.

It is seen from the record that on 11.07.2017, application was made by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent by paying the requisite fee and receipt to that effect was also issued by Mee-seva.

Since F-Line application is already made, the Tahsildar is directed to examine the request of petitioner strictly in
accordance with law and as per the guidelines of Commissioner, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Telangana. Such exercise shall be completed and suitable reply be furnished to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
