This revision is filed by the petitioners/ plaintiffs, aggrieved by the docket order dated 04.04.2018 in I.A.No.62 of 2018 in O.S.No.76 of 2014 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Markapur. 2.

Heard before admission and ordering notice to the respondents and perused the impugned order.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of giving liberty to file a fresh petition if at all the original record is required for cause production to a responsible officer from the office of the Collector, as the very docket order of the lower Court at para-7 observes that burden is on the petitioners/ plaintiffs to establish and in proof of that when they want the original record, in view of the certified copy already obtained and filed is in dispute by the opposite parties.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
