O R D E R

The petitioner alleged by way of this writ petition that the police authorities were pressurizing him to withdraw Crime No.344 of 2010 registered on the file of the

Satyanarayanapuram Police Station, Vijayawada. Basing on the written instructions dated 08.06.2015 received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Satyanarayanapuram Police Station, Vijayawada, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, informed this Court that upon due enquiry into Crime No.344 of 2010 registered on the file of the Satyanarayanapuram Police Station, the police found that it involved a civil dispute which did not warrant any action under criminal law. A final report was stated to have been filed before the competent criminal Court in this regard on 31.07.2011.

In the light of the aforestated developments, it is for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law if he is aggrieved by the conclusion arrived at by the police authorities.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. ______________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 16th JUNE, 2015 PGS
