Through letter dated 01.04.2015, learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a comprehensive writ petition.

By granting the liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
