This petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.212 of 2013 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. When the matter is taken up, it is reported that the aforesaid C.C. is already disposed of, and therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
