THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT APPEAL NO.10 OF 2006 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} As none appeared for the appellants on 23.12.2016, the matter was directed to be listed "For Dismissal". Even today, when the Writ Appeal is listed under the caption "For Dismissal", neither is the learned counsel for the appellants present nor is there any representation on their behalf.

Hence, the Writ Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
