THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 1560 OF 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the 5th respondent-The Aryan Cooperative Urban Bank Ltd., Hyderabad, has gone into liquidation and a liquidator was appointed and the liquidation proceedings were also completed by 05.09.2002 and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. He further submits that the writ petition filed by the 5th respondent-bank in W.P.No.2081 of 2002 was also dismissed as infructuous on 16.11.2006.

Placing the said submission on record, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
