THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9320 OF 2014 ORDER:

As per the learned public prosecutor, investigation is already completed and because of the stay of this Court, they could not file final report.

Having regard to the above, this criminal petition is disposed of, as practically from the say there is no material so far as acquisition under the special act concerned, by left open in the event of any cognizance to pursue the remedies. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
