This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure, by the petitioner/ husband, seeking to withdraw O.P.No.52 of 2019 pending on the file of Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, where O.P.No.1424 of 2018 is pending or vice-versa. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ husband, learned counsel for the respondent/ wife and perused the record. 3.

In the course of submissions made by both sides, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Family Court at City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is convenient to respondent/ wife. 4.

Under these circumstances, the O.P.No.1424 of 2018 pending on the file of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Judge, Family Court, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, to try and dispose of along with O.P.No.52 of 2019 pending on the file of the said Court, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
