This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused t No. 1 seeking to quash the C.C.No.336 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Laxshatipet for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4 r/w 34 of Lp.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowr5r Prohibition Act.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No. 1 -State.
