ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner was reinstated into service and hence, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedies, in accordance with law, if he is denied any consequential benefits to which he is entitled to. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
