Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners have jointly purchased the land in Sy.No.331 and 332 to an extent of Ac.2.29 guntas and land in Sy.No.342, 343, 344, 345, 346 and 347 to an extent of Ac.6.17 guntas of Inpamula Village, through registered sale deeds on 10.07.2009. In the year 2014 they decided to sell the lands for house plots and obtained layout permission from Inpamula Grampanchayat and sold some of the plots. Petitioners further contend that on 09.04.2017 respondents 2 and 3 came to their lands and laid foundation stone for construction of houses for Houseless poor persons. Petitioners submitted representation to respondents 2 and 3 on 18.05.2017 stating the subject lands belong to them and also requested to remove the boundary stones and to conduct survey of the subject lands. Alleging inaction on the request of the petitioners to conduct survey of the subject lands, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

At this stage, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the petitioners have never submitted F-line application through Mee-Seva for conducting survey of the land. Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that no such application was filed and liberty may be given to file F-line Application. 4.

Having regard to the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed granting liberty to the petitioners to submit

- 3 - F-line application through Mee-Seva for conducting survey and demarcation. On filing of such application by the petitioners, the Tahsildar, Kethepally Mandal-4th respondent is directed to examine the request of petitioners strictly in accordance with law and as per the guidelines of Commissioner, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Telangana. Such exercise shall be completed and suitable reply be furnished to the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of the F-line application.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
