This appeal is filed by the appellant under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908, aggrieved by the judgment and decree, dated 31.07.1999, in A.S.No.18 of 1996, in confirming the judgment and decree, dated 26.03.1996 in O.S.No.278 of 1985 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gudur, wherein the suit filed for declaration of title and delivery of possession of the suit schedule property was decreed.

Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that he has no instructions to proceed with the appeal. It appears, the appellant has no interest to pursue the appeal.
