HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.35037 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 07-10-2016 in No.G/313/2008 of the 3rd respondentRevenue Divisional Officer. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that the petitioner has alternative remedy under Section 24 (1) of A.P.(Telangana Area) Inams Abolition Act, 1955 (for short "the Act").

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who has also not disputed the same and learned counsel for the unofficial respondent.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition. This Court has already granted interim order on 20-10-2016 and the same was extended on 09-12-2016 and 23-12-2016.

Hence, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy under Section 24 of the Act. Status-quo granted on 20-10-2016 shall remain in force for a period of six weeks from today. It is open for the petitioner to file appeal within a period of four weeks from today and the appellate authority shall deal with the stay petition/appeal independently without being influenced by any of the observations made here or status-quo order passed by this Court.
