This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.895 of 2015 on the file of KPHB Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 IPC and Section 6 r/w 5(l)(m)(n) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the victim-girl in this crime is aged about 3 1⁄2 years and the petitioner is none other than her father. The petitioner, who is working as Assistant Professor in JNTU, Kukatpally indulged in sexual abuse of his own daughter. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
