This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in trying to assign the land in Sy.No.183/1, admeasuring Ac.1.26 cents, situated at Mogili Village, Bangarupalyam Mandal, Chittoor District, which is being used for cart track to the agricultural operations to third parties without following due process of law as illegal. 2.

It is the case of the petitioners that the respondents are trying to assign the land in Sy.No.183/1, admeasuring Ac.1.26 cents, situated at Mogili Village, Bangarupalyam Mandal, Chittoor District, which is being used for cart track to the agricultural operations to third parties without following due process of law.

Smt.Vasantha, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P), appearing for the respondents represented that without disturbing the cart track, the Government acquired the lands and granted house site pattas to the needy and sufficient measures were taken for using the passage for agricultural operations.

Since the cause of action in the writ petition do not survive for adjudication, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
