THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.46O7 OF 2022 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C. J by the petitioner/Accused to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.20O of 2022 on the file of Vemulawada Town Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla District for the offences under Section 354, 506 ol the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.
3. The 2"d respondent filed a complaint stating that on 20.O3.2022, the petitioner allegedly trespassed into her house and behaved indecently.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is a practicing advocate and the 2"d respondent is a client, however fa_lse complaint is made with a delay of nearly fifty days. 5.
Since there is delay of 50 days in lodging the complaint, and no reasons are given as to why such delay occurred, this Court
!-.I deems it appropriate to direct the Police to conclude the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. However, the petitioner shall appear for the purpose of investigation as and when required.
