No representation for the petitioner-accused No.1. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that charge sheet was filed before the Special Executive Magistrate at Nampally and it is assigned C.C.Lr.No.C-4/3500/2015, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
