THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P. No.207 of 2017 ORDER:

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.45 of 2016 from the file of the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the Family Court, Visakhapatnam. 2.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the presence of the petitioner before the trial court may be dispensed with, in view of her employment.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the trial court is hereby directed to dispense with the presence of the petitioner in O.P. No.45 of 2016 on each and every date of adjournment. However, she shall appear before the trial court as and when her presence is so required. 4.

With the above direction, the Transfer CMP is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
