HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.372 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw F.C.O.P.(GR)No.4458 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court, Vizianagaram, and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at N.T.R.Nagar, to be tried along with M.C.No.56 of 2015, in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the F.C.O.P. is at GR stage. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court after numbering of F.C.O.P.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
