Kota Mahesh Kumar v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION Nos.3340, 3348, 3386, 3393, 3432 & 3537 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:
Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions is one and the same, these writ petitions are being disposed of by way of this common order.
2. Grievance of the petitioners is that though they made applications in Form VI-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 on different dates through Mee-seva seeking to mutate their names in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in their favour, and paid the requite fee, as is evident from Ex.P-1 receipt produced by them, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not considering their applications.
3. Since the petitioners allege the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the petitioners' applications in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of forty five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
