Sri S. Suman, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the present petition has become infructuous, as G.O.P.No.1009 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Khammam, the transfer of which is sought in the present petition, was dismissed for default on 21.01.2016.

In view of the above submission, the transfer CMP is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
