This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 12-12-2017.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that the respondents have not received any complaint as alleged by the petitioner. No proof is filed before this Court to show that the complaint has been received by the respondents.

In view of the same, no relief can be granted in the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
