Petitioner challenges the order of suspension, dated 29.03.2018, of his Fair Price Shop No.24 of Nagamambapuram Village, Buchireddypalem Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. 3.

This Court by order dated 27.04.2018 granted interim suspension of the suspension order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of interim order granted by this Court, authorization of petitioner's Fair Price Shop is continued; in fact the license period is extended and the same is valid till March, 2019.

According to learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, proceedings under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act are going on.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to continue the petitioner's Fair Price Shop dealership, subject to proceedings under Section 6-A of the Act. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
