This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner assailing the order, dated 15.06.2011, of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tanuku, passed in I.A.No.1085 of 2009 in O.S.No.384 of 2009.

There is no representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent is present. The note of the Registry reveals that the suit itself was disposed of on 14.02.2017.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
