ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 18.12.2013 in Writ Petition No.12990 of 2009.

At the hearing, Mr. P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, placed before the Court letter No.E2/756(02)/2002-TVR, dated 26.10.2015, addressed by respondent No.2 to the Senior Law Officer, APSRTC, Musheerabad, Hyderabad, wherein it is informed that in compliance with the orders of this Court,

the petitioners were paid a sum of Rs.1 lakh towards additional monetary benefits. Copy of receipt evidencing payment of the said sum is also enclosed to the said letter.
