This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the complaints lodged by the petitioner and registering the same.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions from respondent No.3 stating that as alleged by the petitioner, he never received any complaints. Besides that the petitioner has not produced acknowledgments regarding the filing of complaints. In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he can make fresh complaint to the police. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
